Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Go Sprout Go. We are a small family-run homestead business, and we do our best to package every order with care and get it on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Processing times may vary depending on the type of item ordered:

  • Handmade items: May require additional time due to small-batch availability.
  • Made-to-order merchandise: Items such as graphic tees, mugs, koozies, totes, and other merch may be produced through trusted production partners and may have separate processing times.
  • Local-only items: Some farm, food, or perishable items may only be available for local pickup or delivery.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, package weight, shipping destination, and available carrier options.

Some products may ship separately, especially if part of your order includes made-to-order merchandise from a production partner.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it includes both handmade items and made-to-order merchandise.

For example, goat milk soaps made by Go Sprout Go may ship separately from graphic tees, mugs, koozies, or other merch produced by a third-party fulfillment partner.

Local Pickup or Local Delivery

When available, local pickup or local delivery options may be offered at checkout.

Local pickup and delivery details will be provided after your order is placed. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Some products, including farm goods, baked goods, eggs, produce, or other perishable items, may be available for local pickup or delivery only and may not be eligible for shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Go Sprout Go is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been given to the shipping carrier, Go Sprout Go is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or delivery location first.

We are always happy to help where we can, but carrier issues may need to be resolved directly with the shipping provider.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Weather-Sensitive Products

Some products may be affected by extreme heat or cold during shipping. We do our best to package items carefully, but we cannot control weather conditions once a package leaves our hands.

For certain seasonal or temperature-sensitive products, shipping availability may be limited.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label is created.
