Return & Refund Policy

At Go Sprout Go, we take pride in creating and offering products with care. Because many of our items are handmade, made to order, personal care products, or custom merchandise, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our small business.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Handmade goat milk soaps
  • Bath and body products
  • Shampoo bars or personal care items
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Graphic tees, mugs, totes, koozies, or other merchandise made through production partners
  • Food, baked goods, or farm products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or digital products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, personal care items cannot be returned once purchased.

Refunds and Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged during shipping

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

Some of our merchandise, including graphic tees, mugs, koozies, totes, and other branded items, may be made to order through trusted production partners. Because these items are created specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choice, color preference, or change of mind.

Please double-check sizing, colors, and product details before placing your order.

Handmade Product Variations

Our handmade items are created in small batches, which means slight variations in color, design, shape, scent, or appearance may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes handmade products special and are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues

Go Sprout Go is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or delivery issues outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local carrier first. If the issue continues, contact us and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production or fulfillment has not started. Because many items are handmade or made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.
